What We Expect

1. Member must be in the program for at least 18 months. Exceptions may be allowed in special cases.
2. Member must be taking all coaching calls and actively working on the program.
3. Member must have shown progress in the program.
4. Member must be current on Portal Data.
5. Member must be freely able to leave their shop to attend 20 Group meetings.
6. It is highly recommended that the member attend as many classes as possible before joining a 20 group.

20 Group Member Engagement

• Conduct positive, respectful and honest communication.
• Actively participate in group discussions and practice active listening.
• Bring relevant ideas to share with the group.
• Attend any additional zoom, virtual or phone meetings.
• Perform homework assignments.
• Be accountable for individual and group goals.
• Be thoughtful and engaged in all group communications.
